Nike announced as official sportswear partner

Our sports department is delighted to announce that Nike will become the official sportswear partner at Trinity.

Many of you will have read the letter circulated this week regarding our new sports brand partnership with Nike. We are really excited about what this partnership will bring over the next few years and are really pleased to be one of only ten schools in the UK to be exclusively supplied by the biggest and best sports brand in the world.

The fact that they contacted us is a reflection of how highly regarded Trinity Sport is, the quality of sportsmen and women, and the level of performance that we see every day from Trinity pupils. To be associated with Nike and their star studded list of athletes and clubs is fantastic recognition of their efforts.

Head of Sport, Matt Richbell said: “We have spent a lot of time working with Nike to design an exciting new range of sports kit that is a good balance between quality, life expectancy and value for money. Launching this during the Covid-19 pandemic would not have been our preferred choice, but the process of transferring brands has been going on for nearly 2 years and therefore could not be delayed. With this in mind, we are operating a phased transition which is set out in the recent letter”.

We are working closely with our partners at Hewitts, and aim to have kits available to order very soon, with items available for delivery or in the shop from mid-July.
