Congratulations to Sixth Former Quentin-Zach Martins who won The Trinity Music Academy Musician of the Year 2019 title.
The Trinity Music Academy competitions took place in January and were adjudicated by Royal College of Music Professor Kyle Horch.
Head of Piano and Trinity Music Academy Director Richard Evans said of the competition “It was a privilege to have listened to everybody perform with such maturity and confidence. Many congratulations to all, you should all be very proud of your performances”.

Third – William Hardy, piano
Joshua Albuquerque, violin – Highly Commended
Junior
First- Ethan Thorne, violin
2nd – Harry Jordan, piano
3rd – Olivia Hardy, violin*
Alex Stejskal, violin – Highly Commended*
* Third and Highly Commended winners in the Junior Competition are not Trinity students
