In Trinity Rugby, the U14s (pictured) have been performing brilliantly, showing incredible resilience to progress to the next round of national cup, the Natwest Schools Cup, with a try in the last play of the game from Harry Webzell, reports Mr Roberts, Head of Rugby.
Meanwhile, the U11s A,B and C teams all performed well against Eltham College last Friday, with Fraser Gormley and Abee Aravinth picked out for their excellent tackling; the U16s continued their excellent form with both teams picking up victories away at Hurstpierpoint,; and the U15Cs showed tremendous spirit after a tough match last weekend to put in their best performance of the season led by Josh Whittle and Liam Patel.
Mr Kench, Director of Sports, also points out that Trinity was recently named in NextGenXV’s Top 5 Schools Teams in the country for their recent performance. More on this here.
Today, the 1st XV play Whitgift in the last 16 of the National Cup. Good luck to them!
