Yet again, our students end another year on a high, with outstanding LAMDA results.

We are delighted to report a round up of the LAMDA (London Academy of Music, Drama and Art) results for this year, in the solo acting and verse and prose categories.

The solo acting exams use drama to develop self-confidence, physical presence and a strong speaking voice. Well done to the following students on their results in this exam;

Isaac Lewsey – Grade 8 Distinction (88%)
Francesco Bernardini Grade 8 (Merit 78%)
Stanley Chilvers Grade 5 Merit (75%)
Ashvin Jeyanandhan – Grade 3 Distinction (80%)
Ansh Shetty – Grade 3 Distinction (84%)
Aidan McAllen Grade 3 Distinction (91%)
Oliver Lyons – Grade 2 Distinction (82%)

Well done also to Rishi John, who achieved a Grade 2 Distinction (81%) in the verse and prose exam. These exams are designed to develop the skills necessary for effective oral communication of the written word, testing interpretative and technical skills and their knowledge of literature.

Well done to all students on another great year!
