Third Year student Jared Thompson has been teaching himself a variety of technical skills during lockdown, following tutorials and creating three computer games as a result of his endeavours.
This will form part of the skills section for his DofE award in which he is focused on programming.
Jared took it upon himself to follow a number of YouTube videos and has spent many productive hours learning to code.

“One I’m working on now is in the game programming language C++," says Jared. "This was all brand new to me when I started!”
