Many will remember Luke Saint who left Trinity three years ago. Luke went on to study music at Royal Holloway and has just graduated with a First. He was also appointed organ scholar to the acclaimed Chapel Choir and played live on Radio 3 this week with the choir of Royal Holloway, University of London.

Luke is now moving to Guildford to become organ scholar at Guildford Cathedral.

David Swinson, Head of Music, comments: “Luke joined Trinity as a Junior Form music scholar. He played the piano and flute and soon became a valued member of the choir. As a treble Luke sang as a soloist at English National Opera and in a broadcast concert from Amsterdam’s Concertgebouw. He appeared in numerous operas and was invited back to Glyndebourne during the Sixth Form to sing a role as a young tenor. Luke started learning the organ in the Fifth Form but continued to achieve grade 8 on the flute and piano. He also continued to make an excellent contribution as a singer and was School Head Chorister.”
